麺屋武蔵 @ Eat Paradise


The Tonkotsu Broth was definitely very rich and full of Pork Flavor. The Ramen was also excellent. It was very Springy in texture and the Cha Shu had a nice combination of Fat and Meat.
This is their Spicy Ramen. It's basically Chili Oil mixed in with their Tonkotsu Broth. Unlike their Chashu Ramen, this version includes a semi-boiled egg that was suppose to have a runny yolk. Smile


The iconic Menya Musashi Samurai greeted me at the entrance of the restaurant.
